  Have not once had a good experience here. Have been going to the same doctor since I was born so followed him to kauri.
  
  First of all I haven't seen him in 3 years as he is never there or too busy to make an appointment with
  Therefore I have had random doctors see me everytime which still normally takes weeks to get an appointment.
  
  When I turn up for a booked appointment I end up waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour to be seen.
  
  Over the phone the receptionist are rude when just asking simple questions.
  For example I asked how much a doctors appointment was now, she didn't know and instead of asking and finding out for me she responded in a angry and rude tone saying that she doesn't know she's not the doctor.
  
  The worse experience was when I had to wait 7 hours in the waiting area that you go to if you don't have an appointment.
  I was with my partner that had cold sweats, a fever, diarrhoea, could not stop shaking, had a severe headache and was vomiting every time he moved his head or had a drink.
  There is a sign that says if you have any of these symptoms please let us know so you can be seen straight away, he had 3 or 4 of the 6 symptoms that are on that board. I let them know this but still only after 7 hours we got seen by a doctor.
  The receptionist that day was nice and was shocked after an hour that we were still waiting let a alone after 7.
  
  I have never bothered to write a review on anything as normally I don't care that much but this place is beyond a joke.
  
  Today was the last straw when I turned up only 5 minutes late and got told that the doctor had already seen the next patient and I will have to reschedule after I had just moved around and cancelled other appointments to fit it in.
  I didn't even want the appointment as I just needed to get another prescription of my pill, but they told me I had to as I need my blood pressure taken.
  So just for a 2 minute appointment I had to reschedule because I was 5 minutes late when appointments are 20 minutes long. Even though every single other time I came on time/ early I end up waiting 30 mins or more.
  I don't quite see why I couldn't of waited just a little bit and seen the doctor when the person that went in instead of me had their appointment.
  
  I could go on about other times when kauri health centre are not helpful, unorganised, and just plain rude but I would be writing forever.
  I would not recommend kauri health centre and will be definitely going somewhere else from now on.

  Nice people - genuinely lovely, and some excellent GPs which meant I was willing to deal with long waits for an appointment, queues on arrival and departure, and appointments running VERY late. But these guys just haven't got things organised to provide decent service outside the medical consult itself. Contradictory and missing information was the norm - got sent on several wild goose hunts for documents that were meant to be at the desk or at the pharmacy but weren't. What drove me away is that this company doesn't seem to have any respect for patients and that we have lives and can be busy people too - nope, I got the message loud and clear that my time has no value to Kauri! I just have to wait in the queue, sit in the waiting room, sit by the phone waiting for a call-back for hours or even days. Doesn't matter that they have an App they could use to give me the info I asked for or to tell me when to expect a call...nope, just leave me hanging for hours or days.
