  Dreadful, wouldn't go back. Never asked me what shape I would like, or how short, no undercoat, didn't clean under nail, got polish on my finger which was wiped off but still some staining and wiped some of the polish off the nail, polish on some cuticles, crooked shape on 2 nails near cuticle. My finger nails were done whilst my toe nails were being done and so techician was standing beside me. Awkward for her bad for her back and not comfortable for me either. I sat with toes and fingers under fans which I had to turn on for half an hour no one checked my nails before I left, no quick dry spray was applied and all nails have already marked(they were done yesterday).
