  Trio is a bit under-appreciated. They offer quick service, good value menu dishes, good coffee, and excellent attentive service.
  Consistently excellent service and no regrets in choosing Trio over the others.
  
  Areas for improvement would be:
  Improve the choice of bread used.
  De-emphasize the middle bacon big breakfast as the prime offering, and focus on premium offerings.
  
  Prices: Very good.
